More about Etude

We are a small, specialist firm, concentrating on work which can make a difference in reducing carbon emissions from buildings and mitigating climate change. We are focused on outcomes, working with clients and construction design and delivery teams who share that commitment in order to maximise our impact as far as we can. Even though we are a smaller team, we work hard to make a concise and technically accurate case for action, wherever we can.

Our team is diverse, from different backgrounds and with a broad range of experience – not only in the construction industry – and we actively seek to maintain this quality. There are 15 of us, so your voice is heard!

As a small organisation, we are able to operate with a non-hierarchical structure, with all members of the team actively working on projects, management and development. Each team member is also able to work on the full, broad range of our projects, so there is opportunity to do a lot of different tasks and to be involved in many and varying types of work.

This position is full time and based in central London, but we do offer all our staff flexible working arrangements (after an initial probation period). We work on Mac and you will get an Apple macbook pro laptop for use at home and in the office. Team members leading projects get a company mobile phone after 1 full year of employment following probation.
