Passivhaus Certification: Passivhaus Plus

We provided Passivhaus Plus certification services for this house, which was designed to optimise the fabric efficiency, energy use intensity and renewable energy generation.

Etude worked with the design team to provide a full quality assurance review of the calculations and Passivhaus Plus strategy. Although Carrstone House was certified in 2017, it is still one of only a handful of projects to achieve Passivhaus Plus certification in the UK.
