Passivhaus certifiers for this mixed tenure residential redevelopment of a complex brownfield site north of York city centre. A shared community landscape forms the heart of the scheme which includes a mix of 1-to-4-bedroom new homes designed to Passivhaus standard and Net Zero Carbon in Operation.

Etude have worked closely with the designer (Warm) to provide important early feedback on the initial design to ensure the project is on target to meet the Passivhaus standard, and carried out regular site inspections with the City of York clerk of works.
