The development consists of 212 residential units across six apartment blocks and four terraces of houses.

The largest apartment block and one of the terraces are Net Zero carbon pilot project for Clarion. They are aiming to achieve Net Zero Operational Carbon on site. Their energy strategy relies on minimising space heating demand through the adoption of Passivhaus principles, supplying low carbon heat using communal heat pumps for flats and individual heat pumps for houses, and providing renewable energy on-site through large roof-mounted PV systems to generate the equivalent of 100% of the buildings’ total annual energy use.

The scheme is also seeking to achieve low embodied carbon targets of less than 300 kgCO2e/m2 (<250 for the houses) and promote Circular Economy principles.
